Not feeling good enough is a cultural phenomenon.

This morning I woke up in time to make coffee for myself and my older daughters, meditated for 10 minutes, practiced cello, checked my facebook groups and emails, drove my eldest daughter to the gym, helped the second one to apply for something online, call the school to say my youngest would be in at lunchtime as she wasn’t feeling well, create copy for a new Facebook ad, and log in to my Zoom call as I drove the youngest to school, and head to work.

And..... I still have the whispers of feeling that I am not good enough, haven’t done enough, or should be somehow doing more.
